has an exciting opportunity for an Business Development Manager in the UK.
IMPACT Group’s main focus is to help people during

relocate and develop existing employees, as well as to organisations that may
be downsizing. These services provide the impacted employees and their families
with the tools they need to ensure a successful transition. Many of the programmes
we provide include personal career coaching, access to a library of
professional development workshops and input on CVs to name a few.

a strong key player in the United Kingdom to sustain our current business and
to help us grow in the European marketplace.
Location: Candidates must live in South East England, ideally in the Greater
London Area – Home-based position which requires telecommuting capabilities,
including a home office free from noise and distractions.
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 GBP, eligible for 10% MBO Bonus plus unlimited
Commission with an OTE of 50,000 – 60,000 GBP.
Job Summary
Exhibits a high level of sales
professionalism and a strong work ethic; highly motivated and detail-oriented.
Personally prospects and sells IMPACT Group’s products to assigned accounts and
potential new internationally-based relocation management companies (RMCs). Provides sales support to the RMCs and other direct
clients while maintaining active interaction to ensure growth and profitability.
Builds rapport and establishes strong relationships with clients and partners to
ensure retention, growth and satisfaction. Fully utilises sales tracking system
for account planning, call tracking and general account management.
Essential Functions
Ensures renewal, growth and
profitability of assigned accounts.
Seeks
out new opportunities to develop IMPACT Group’s presence with new and existing
customers.
Manages client and RMC retention
through excellent service and strong internal and external relationships.
Supports
RMCs by providing pre and post sales support to their
customers, sales teams and customer teams.
Interacts with clients on a
strategic level while building a long-term tactical relationship with a higher
knowledge and understanding of the big picture.
Understands all financial aspects of
programme cost structure.
Proactively manages
internal/external barriers and obstacles, and effects necessary changes.
Manages customer performance through
data analysis of all key performance metrics. Effects necessary internal
process improvements and programme changes.
Develops and maintains good business
relationships with key internal and external customers as an active and
prominent representative for IMPACT Group.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of
customer organisation’s structure, culture, philosophy and goals.
Develops and maintains mastery in
positioning and leveraging IMPACT Group products and technology to customers.
Handles multiple customers and
assignments at one time.
Develops strategic business plans in
conjunction with Director, Account Management Services and all appropriate
internal stakeholders.
Fully utilises sales tracking system
for account planning, call tracking and management reporting.
Works with Account Services and
other departments to resolve any customer or client needs/issues.
Prepares expense reports and other
required management reports.
Requires international and/or
overnight travel up to 25% of the time.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications
University degree in business
management or related field.
Six plus years of experience selling
services with a strong emphasis on account development and management.
Five plus years of selling to HR,
relocation departments or equivalent.
Proven prospecting and business
development track record for net new and current accounts.
Has had individual responsibility
for revenue goal(s).
Extensive relationships with mid-
and senior-level HR and/or relocation executives.
Global Mobility Specialist (GMS™)
and/or Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) certification is
preferred.
Understanding of organisational
structures, cultures and decision-making processes gained through significant
employment history or consulting experience.
Excellent selling, interpersonal and
critical thinking skills.
Proficient in the use of the
Internet, MS Office and email applications.
Must be an active listener as well
as an articulate and adaptable communicator.
Full, clean driving licence with a
good driving history.
